    The Boru Batak comes from the growing Region of Lintong in Northern Sumatra near the shores of Lake Toba. This is a wet hulled, completely sun-dried and triple-picked supergrade type coffee, using only beans size 18 and larger. It is exceptionally clean with a massive syrupy body and pleasing acidity. Boru Batak is easily one of the cleanest and most meticulously prepared Sumatras you’ll find.
